Planning and
organizing your workouts and their corresponding exercises are key
to living a healthy and fit lifestyle. Key points for highlights
and graphics:
-
Plan and schedule your
exercise time in conjunction with your required commitments of
work, school, and/or family.
-
Schedule your workouts around
your more energized time. If you are not a morning person,
don't schedule a 6am workout and if you are not a night person
with a busy day, get it done first thing.
-
Determine the type of
exercises you will be doing each day, length of time of the
workout, at what pace and intensity level. We recommend getting
an exercise prescription from one of our Fitnesst professionals
to maximize your results in the least amount of time.
-
Indoors or outdoors, at an
exercise facility or at home, and if outdoors planned, always
have an alternative if it should rain or storm.
-
Write it down each week! Just
like you keep your appointments logged somewhere, log those
scheduled workouts and check them off when completed.
-
Include cardio, strength, and
stretching as part of your weekly routines.
Be fit and
enjoy the results!
