YOGA/PILATES: A great addition to any cardiovascular workout, you will strengthen and lengthen all the upper and lower body muscle groups using various yoga poses and rhythmic and limbering movements. The “core muscles” which include the abdominals, chest and back, along with breathing techniques, are incorporated to facilitate a toned and “lean look” as well as a peaceful feeling to enhance your state-of-mind.

YOGA: Strengthen and lengthen all the upper and lower body muscle groups using various yoga poses incorporating breathing and relaxation techniques for a toned body and peaceful state-of-mind.

ZUMBA: It's a party. A fun and exciting cardio vascular workout which features a fusion of Latin and International music. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

ZUMBA GOLD: The area's first and only program created especially for active, older adults, true beginners and/or people who are not used to exercising. Zumba Gold maintains all the fun of Zumba at a lower intensity.
