Healthier Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

whole wheat pastry flour |

baking soda |

baking powder |

Smart Balance (at room temperature) |
3/4 c. |
Splenda |
1/3 c. |
Splenda brown sugar |
2 tsps. |
Vanilla extract |
1/2 c. |
Eggbeaters |
2 c. |
semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 c. |
chopped walnuts |
2/3 c. |

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a small bowl.

Beat Smart Balance, Splenda, Splenda brown sugar and vanilla in a large mixing blow until creamy.

Gradually beat in flour mixture.

Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and oats.

Bake 9-11 minutes until golden brown.
