Healthier Chocolate Chip Cookies
Prep: 20 minutes                         Cook: 9-11 minutes

Ingredients

2-1/4 c.

whole wheat pastry flour

1 tsp.

baking soda

1 tsp.

baking powder

1 c.

Smart Balance (at room temperature)

3/4 c.

Splenda

1/3 c.

Splenda brown sugar

2 tsps.

Vanilla extract

1/2 c.

 Eggbeaters

2 c.

semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 c.

chopped walnuts

2/3 c.

oats

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Beat Smart Balance, Splenda, Splenda brown sugar and vanilla in a large mixing blow until creamy.
  4. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and oats.
  6. Bake 9-11 minutes until golden brown.
