Healthier Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

whole wheat pastry flour |
1/2 tsp. |
baking soda |
1/2 tsp. |
baking powder |
1/2 c. |
Smart Balance (at room temperature) |
1/2 c. |
Splenda |
1/2 c. |
brown sugar |
1 tsp. |
Vanilla extract |

egg whites |
1/2 c. |
natural peanut butter |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream together Smart Balance and peanut butter.

Add, Splenda and brown sugar

Stir in egg whites, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda and flour in a large mixing blow until creamy.

Place dough on cookie sheet by rounded teaspoon, pressing each with a floured fork to flatten slightly.

Bake 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 2 minutes before removing from baking sheet.
