Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in a small bowl.

Beat egg white substitute in large bowl.

Stir in pumpkin and dry ingredient mixture.

Gradually stir in evaporated milk.

Pour into 13x9 pan.

Place dish in a water bath (larger baking pan)

Place in preheated 425 degree oven and bake for 15 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for another 40 to 50 minutes until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
